Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 2026-06-10

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern: • free use of the SalentoOneClick travel guide by anyone who accesses it (the "User"); • the subscription services reserved for accommodation providers (the "Subscriber"). Accessing the guide implies acceptance of the clauses applicable to Users. Registration and activation of a plan imply full acceptance of the Terms.

1. Subject of the service

SalentoOneClick is a digital travel guide to Salento with content editorially curated by the Owner's team (events, restaurants and bars, experiences, beaches, useful information), made up of two components: a) Free guide. The guide can be consulted free of charge via web by anyone, without registration, without login and without providing identifying personal data. b) Subscription services for accommodation providers. Accommodation providers (B&Bs, holiday homes, guest houses, hotels) may take out a subscription that includes: a personalised page for the property, dedicated QR codes for guests, a control panel to manage the guide, a multilingual guide (IT/EN/DE/FR), a printable QR card and basic access statistics.

2. Free access to the guide

Access to the guide by Users is free and does not require any account. The Owner may modify, suspend or discontinue the free content at any time, without this giving rise to any right on the part of Users. Clauses 8 (data), 9 (affiliate links), 10 (limitations of liability) and 11 (intellectual property) apply in particular to Users.

3. Recipients of subscription services

Subscription services are intended for parties operating accommodation facilities. At registration, the Subscriber declares whether they act as a professional (business or self-employed person) or as a non-professional private individual (e.g. non-business tourist rental). The protections provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), including clauses 7 and 13 of these Terms, apply to those acting as private individuals.

4. Plans and fees

Subscription services are offered in two plans, with payment handled via Stripe: a) Monthly Plan — €20/month (VAT excluded, where applicable). Recurring monthly charge from the activation date, automatically renewing month to month until cancellation. b) Seasonal Plan — €65 one-off (VAT excluded, where applicable). Single, non-recurring payment. The service remains active from the activation date until 31 October of the current year, with no automatic renewal. On expiry, access to the panel and reserved services is deactivated, unless a new plan is taken out. Any price changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance and will apply only to renewals following the communication. Changes do not affect Seasonal plans already paid for.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Monthly Plan: the Subscriber may cancel at any time from the "Billing" section of the control panel, without penalties or duration constraints. The service remains active until the end of the period already paid. Except as provided in clause 7, no pro-rata refund of the current month is provided. Seasonal Plan: as it is a single payment for the entire season, after the guarantee period referred to in clause 7 no cancellation with refund is available, neither full nor pro-rata, except in cases of the Owner's default.

6. Suspension for non-payment

In the event of non-payment of the Monthly Plan (e.g. expired card or declined charge), the Owner may suspend access to the subscription services 7 days after the failed charge, subject to notice by email. The personalised page and the property's dedicated QR codes are deactivated at the same time as the suspension.

7. 14-day money-back guarantee

All Subscribers, on both plans, are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the first payment, with no obligation to give reasons. The request may be sent to info@salentooneclick.it or made from the "Billing" section of the control panel. The refund is carried out within 14 days of the request, using the same payment method, and entails the immediate cessation of the subscription services. The guarantee applies to the first purchase of each plan and not to subsequent monthly renewals. For Subscribers who qualify as consumers, this contractual guarantee meets and exceeds the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for by Articles 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code, which remains unaffected in any case within the terms of law.

8. Data of Users and guests

Users and the facilities' guests access the guide without creating an account and without providing identifying personal data. The information collected is limited to technical session metadata (technical cookies, anonymised IP address) necessary for the operation of the service. For full details, please refer to the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the site.

9. Content, affiliate links and transparency

The guide's content includes links to third-party services through affiliate programs (by way of example: GetYourGuide, Civitatis, Viator, Booking.com, Tiqets). The Owner may receive a commission on bookings or purchases made through such links, at no additional cost to the User or the Subscriber. Affiliate links are marked or otherwise recognisable as such within the guide. The editorial selection of content is not conditioned by the existence of affiliate relationships, except for positions expressly indicated as sponsored.

10. Limitations of liability

The Owner aggregates tourist information from public sources and affiliate partners. While committing to the utmost accuracy and editorial updating of the content, the Owner does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of prices, times, availability or continuity of third-party services, nor is it liable for disruptions, cancellations or changes attributable to such third parties. It is recommended to always verify information with the final provider before booking or travelling to the location. The Owner is not liable for the relationships between the accommodation facility and its guests, nor for the use the Subscriber makes of the services towards guests. The free content and subscription services are provided "as is". The Owner takes reasonable measures to ensure their continuity but does not guarantee the absence of technical interruptions. For Subscribers only, in the event of a prolonged interruption attributable to the Owner exceeding 72 consecutive hours, the Subscriber will be entitled to a free extension of the service equal in duration to the interruption. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the Owner's liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or in cases where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Intellectual property

The editorial content of the guide (texts, selections, own photographs, structure) is the property of the Owner or its respective licensors. Free consultation does not grant Users any right to the content beyond personal use. The subscription grants the Subscriber a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use, limited to making the guide available to its own guests via the QR codes provided. Reproduction, resale, scraping or redistribution of the content outside the service is prohibited.

12. Changes to the Terms

The Owner may modify these Terms for legal, tax or service-evolution needs. Material changes will be communicated to Subscribers by email at least 30 days in advance; for Users, the version published on the site prevails. Continued use of the service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance; alternatively, the Subscriber may cancel without penalty.

13. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

This contract is governed by Italian law. For Subscribers acting as professionals, the Court of Lecce shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this contract. For Subscribers who qualify as consumers, the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile shall have jurisdiction, pursuant to the Consumer Code. The possibility of resorting to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR/ODR) platform, where applicable, remains unaffected. Any clauses declared void or ineffective do not entail the nullity of the entire contract, which remains valid for the remaining parts.
